El objetivo de Estol.cat es ofrecer a los usuarios de habla catalana una red de blogs con contenidos altamente profesionales y segmentados. La red nació el pasado 1 de Abril y, actualmente ya dispone de 10 blogs sobre distintas temáticas. En muchos de ellos, ya se han alcanzado los 100 usuarios diarios, una cifra nada desdeñable para una red en catalán y, aumentando día a día.
Las distintas temáticas del blog, como la moda o las tecnologías de la información, por ejemplo, se nutren gracias a los contenidos amenos y entretenidos que los varios redactores reflejan en su día a día. Por otra parte, la joven red, se está haciendo un hueco en el mercado catalán, apareciendo en distintos medios digitales y radios, como RAC1.
El emprendedor de este proyecto es Jordi Serra, actual diseñador de Prestigia Online, centrando su trabajo en la gestión y promoción de este proyecto. Jordi, destaca la ayuda que ha supuesto Internet y las redes sociales, en concreto, para unir a distintos redactores especializados en su campo.
En los principales planes a corto plazo de Estol.cat, existe la posibilidad de monetizar el contenido, alimentando así económicamente el proyecto. “La existencia de una red vertical de blogs en catalán puede fomentar a empresas catalanas a anunciarse a un público objetivo muy segmentado”, afirma el responsable del proyecto.
Algunos de los blogs con más crecimiento están siendo: www.videoclips.cat , www.bitscatalans.com, www.disse.cat o www.monverd.org.
